This CD records Autumn Forest sounds with such clarity that you would swear you were in the same room with the birds, the crickets, and other critters. I listen to this CD all time as “background noise” especially during the night it helps me to relax and and get all the stress out. It makes me dreaming, it takes me far far away so that I forget all around me. It’s really a magic moment for me when I listen to this CD. This was exactly what I was looking for. It is so realistic, I have slept through it several times.
I have many of these environmental cds, but it seems that this is one of the few that I reach for most often, it has something magic, something special that makes you feel better.
I love this cd, and I recommend every one to buy it and enjoy the sound of Nature especially the Autumn Forest with all its magic.

I have purchased this Autumn forest album and I can say “This are NOT some music production “computer sounds”.
It contain NATURAL birds recordings!
I also can’t understand why this item has rewievs from other artist? This album from Relaxing sounds of nature was released in September 2009 but here we can see reviews from october 2008?!?. Not possible!
Just buy it, it is AUTHENTIC NATURAL RECORDING!

On issue that is there is a windows donk sound at about 6:27 Which I will edit out of my copy later on. But it is a very nice track to have in my collection. I play it on my night shift. It helps the shift go by easier. I would rate it higher is not for the windows sound in it.

This is NOT a nature recording at a real location. This series was created with Atmosphere Deluxe (http://www.relaxingsoftware.com/atmdeluxehome.htm) , a Windows program that allows you to mix and match animal and nature sounds together to create a pseudo nature soundscape. The program allows you to save a soundscape to disk. While the program is really neat (I own it), I’ve always thought the nature soundscapes it creates aren’t quite realistic – many animal calls and background noises are looped. But I’m more aware of this, because I’m a biologist. If none of this bothers you, then please go ahead and purchase! Just thought I’d point this out.
